I bought this for my CR-V thinking it was too good to be true at this price especially as the website only accepted bank transfer and not credit card as advertised. However, the DVD arrived within 24 hours of ordering and the installation instructions came by email within 1 hour of requesting them. The firmware update went smoothly and the system worked fine immediately with new updated maps. On my experience I would definitely recommend this purchase.
